The available bedroom comes with a private bathroom (not attached to the room)...in the photos it's the bathroom with the red bathmat • Central air, free laundry and storage in the basement, and a great porch that can fit a small table • Large eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and disposal! • Tons of natural light (especially in the available room) • Hardwood flooring throughout • On-street parking with Somerville permit (I drive to work every day and never have trouble finding a spot) • Apartment is on the second floor of a triplex in a quiet and very safe neighborhood • AMAZING LOCATION! The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the Porter Square T Station (Commuter Rail and Red Line) and shopping center (liquor store, Star Market, CVS, Target, etc.) and a 10-15 minute walk to the Magoun Green Line stop. Davis Square and Union Square are within 10-20 minutes walking, and both have a ton of great bars and restaurants. • DOGS! There’s one full time dog here and occasional guests (more details below), so it’s unlikely that add I’ll another into the mix...but a quiet, crate-trained dog is potentially negotiable. I'm very allergic to cats, so unfortunately I will not be accepting any feline roommates.
